Day 8 was real good! Saw some pleasant surprises as well as revisiting one of my favorite films of the year. Films include Aaron Sorkin’s “Molly’s Game,” Joachim Trier’s “Thelma,” Martin McDonaugh’s “Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri,” and Neil Burger’s “The Upside.” Here we go!

TIFF 2017 Day 5: “Unicorn Store,” “Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri”

Day 5 is a slow one. I unfortunately didn’t get a chance to see Guillermo Del Toro’s “The Shape of Water” today like I originally intended, however I saw a couple really good films! Today’s lineup is Brie Larson’s “Unicorn Store” and Martin McDonaugh’s “Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.” Ready to begin!
